    En kort men bra introduktion, samt att det är första utgåvan av 1859, är bra ... som Richard Dawkins har sagt innan, Darwins tänkande var då inte så påverkat av alla kommentar som boken (denna, den första utgåvan) fick. Introduktionen sätter läsaren in i tidens idévärld men är kort nog att en yngre läsare inte skulle bara hoppa över den!! Priset är bra ... viktigt eftersom ALLA skulle har "On the Origin of Species" / "Om arternas uppkomst" hemma ... sanningen bakom livet ligger här!

Charles Darwin (180919 April 1882) is considered the most important English naturalist of all time. He established the theories of natural selection and evolution. His theory of evolution was published as On the Origin of Species in 1859, and by the 1870s is was widely accepted as fact.
