Commercial Regulation and Judicial Review

Recensioner i media
Bob Wessels, an independent legal counsel, advisor and arbitrator, with 45 years of business experience, bobwessels.nl The book is eloquently written and is easy to follow and understand. It clearly explains complex topics and masterfully links them together in a coherent narrative. The brevity of the analysis of certain areas of law and regulation, however, does not undermine the validity of conclusions made throughout Multinational Enterprises and the Law, its contribution to the academic debate and its use as an excellent source for practitioners.
