Tim Huxley is Director of the Institute of Pacific Asia Studies and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Politics and Asian Studies at the University of Hull, UK. Between 1985 and 1987, he was Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, Singapore, and has taught international relations and strategic studies at the universities of Wales and Lancaster. Susan Willett was formerly Senior Research Fellow, Centre for Defence Studies, Kings College London.
