På ett underbart och faktiskt enkelt vis kan vi lära känna vår kropp och vårt inre samt härigenom nå högre livskvalitet. Det är överkomligt och seriöst av en mycket klok läkare (enligt mig, tillika filosof)
Mycket konkret och illustrativ..många av mina kära har hjälp av boken i sitt dagliga liv ♡Tack♡
