    Det var med blandade känslor som jag tog mig an denna bok. Med pappa le Carrés författarskap i bakhuvudet var det inte konstigt att undra om Harkaway skulle lyckas ta över berättandet om George Smiley. Tidsmässigt utspelar sig historien 1963, mellan böckerna Spionen som kom in från kylan och Mullvaden. Men för mig kom Harkaways berättelse att sakna det djup och den stämning som John le Carré så skickligt kunde skapa. Nu blir det istället som vilken spion- eller deckarhistoria som helst, bara ...
