    Georges Lefebvre har arbetat inom skolväsendet i många år och är en av de mesta framträdande franska författarna som har skrivit om den franska revolutionen. Detta verk är ett testamente till hans gedigna kunskap och berättarteknik efter mer än 25 år som lärare i skolans värld. Georges Lefebvre (1877-1959) French historian and member of the influential Annales School of historical thought. He held the chair of the French Revolution at the Sorbonne and was Director of the Annales Historiques de la Revolution Francaise.
