Manuel J. Justiz, Ph.D., is dean and A.M. Aikin Regents Chair in Education Leadership, College of Education, University of Texas at Austin. From 1982 to 1985 he directed the National Institute of Education in Washington, DC under former Secretary of Education Terrel Bell. Justiz has published extensively on topics relating to minorities in education, partnerships between education and business, and higher education policy.::Wilson /f Reginald /b Reginald Wilson is senior scholar, American Council on Education, Washington, D.C.::Bjork /f Lars /i G. /b Lars G. Bjork is associate professor for the Department of Administration and Supervision, College of Education, University of Kentucky, Lexington. Bjork has served as a member of advisory and coordinating committees and task forces in the U.S. Department of Education and on the faculties of the Universities of New Mexico and South Carolina. He has authored many scholarly works on organizational change, leadership, and educational policy and has presented his research at international and national conferences. He is currently serving as consulting editor for People and Education: The Human Side of Schools.
