Övrig information

Maskarade Languages Ltd is an enterprise dedicated to bringing fun, originality and humour to teaching Modern Foreign Languages (at present French) for children aged from 3 to 12 years old. "Le Petit Quinquin" was originally created as an animation project based on a fictional cartoon community representing a cross section of modern society. The authors, C.Albrecht and E.Fournier-Kelly both French natives, decided it would be a great idea to adapt it for the educational market, to encourage children to learn French. Being bilingual parents was part of their motivation. So with the help of character masks, a family poster and practice worksheets, they started teaching French - For the past two years, the response from both parents and children has been amazing and Professionals in schools and after school clubs are now using the Maskarade method. It is helping many children to learn French and also encourages self-learning by giving them a tool to write and perform short stories about the characters.
