    Denna bok är helt monumental och en bok ALLA borde få ta del av.

    Tänk att redan 1977 så hade man klara forskningsbevis för vad vi människor bör äta - och inte äta - men ändå har det dröjt så länge innan dessa reultat börjar synas i media.
    How Not To Die är en "bibel" som är både lätt- och välskriven med glimten i ögat.
    Den klargör utan minsta tvekan vad vi bör äta och ger massor av bra tips.
    (Vem kunde väl ana att gurkmeja har så fantastiska effekter!)
