He is the author or editor of thirteen books and numerous articles in these areas. He is associate editor of the Journal of African Economies. STEVE KAYIZZI-MUGERWA is an Associate Professor of Development Economics in the Department of Economics at Gothenburg University and a consultant for the World Bank and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. He is the author of over 20 articles and chapters to books on development issues in Africa.
