    Innehållet beskriver hur fettsyror påverkar andra ämnen men någon förklaring med t.ex. kemiska reaktioner finns inte. det gör att slutsatserna blir svagt motiverade. Den senare delen av boken blir allmänt hållen och blir mindre intressant om läsaren är intresserad av olika processer. Författare som R. Lustig och Bikmann gör i det avseendet djupare analyser.
