He is also well known for his cooking show Niklas Mat, which ran for over ten seasons in Sweden and is a regular on UK TV, often appearing on Saturday Kitchen and MasterChef, as well as his role as a food hero on Crazy Delicious. Henrik Ennart is a medical science journalist for one of Swedens largest newspapers Svenska Dagbladet.
