    Här får du en steg-för-steg-handbok i hur du kan ge IT-support om du aldrig jobbat i en IT-support. Först börjar vi med att identifiera olika typer av kablar... Det här är på en väldigt operationell nivå och inte på någon taktisk eller strategisk nivå alls. Inget jag kan rekommendera direkt.
