    Den första boken var riktigt bra och nu är den mycket mer illustrativ och ännu mer övningar. Spelar ingen roll om man vill ha hjälp med rörelser i träning eller bara i vardagen, den är fylld med information som alla borde kunna och ha en förståelse över. Man lär känna sin kropp mycket bättre.
