Chester A. Crocker is the James R. Schlesinger Professor of the Practice of Strategic Studies at the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He previously served as the assistant secretary for the US Department of States Bureau of African Affairs. Fen Osler Hampson is a Chancellors Professor and professor of international affairs at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University and president of the World Refugee and Migration Council.
