    I love this book. I would love to see a series of these books from Katie Hurley. It's beautifully designed. Chock-full of exercises and experiences, it's layed out in a way that is not going to overwhelm teens. The book is authentic, warm, encouraging, positive, and powerful. I'm recommending it to every parent and therapist I know.

    I love how this book explains something quite complex in such clear, simple ways. And it's full of examples so you can see how to apply it in real life situations with clients or with yourself. Highly recommended.
