    Givande text om du använder innehållet på korrekt sätt. Lätt att det blir alldeles för ytligt. Jag rekommenderar att du läser Quiet av Susan Cain innan du ger dig på denna, gäller både introverta och extroverta, men extra viktigt för introverta.
