Jag är väldigt imponerad av boken. Den avhandlar en rad intressanta områden från personer till hela samhällen som kunnat identifiera & förändra sina vanemönster. Skulle absolut rekommendera den till alla jag känner!
Fantastisk bok, den började förbättra mitt liv redan efter några dagar. Bra skrivet, lättförstålig med många exemple på hur vanor styr oss och hur man ändrar på dem.
Varför gör jag saker som jag inte borde, även om jag vet bättre? Vad är mekanismerna som driver mig? Boken ger en vetenskaplig och bra inblick i varför vanorna driver oss omedvetet och hur man kommer ur oönskade vanor och beteenden. Samtidigt får man även insikter i hur företagens marknadsföring syftar till att nagla fast användningen av deras produkter som en vana. En bok jag kan rekommendera till alla att läsa!
