New Empirical and Conceptual Perspectives on Conflict Resolution and Accountability
Andreas Umland, M.Phil. (Oxford), Dr.Phil. (FU Berlin), Ph.D. (Cambridge), Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs in Stockholm, Senior Expert at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future in Kyiv, and Associate Professor at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Fredrik Löjdquist is Director of the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS) at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. Löjdquist is a former Swedish diplomat, with previous missions such as special envoy and ambassador for the Swedish Presidency of the EU in Georgia 2009, ambassador to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) 2012-2017 and, most recently, Sweden's first ambassador and special envoy for hybrid threats based in Stockholm 2018-2021. Martin Kragh is Deputy Director of the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS) and Senior Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs. Kragh holds a PhD from the Stockholm School of Economics (2009) and is associate professor (docent) at the Institute for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Uppsala University.
