Consequently, the more organisations try to be efficient (being busy), the more inefficient they will actually become (taking care of non-value adding but necessary work).     Vi får nya sätt att se på effektivitet och användadet av resurser.
    Med tydliga exempel beskrivs "Lean-tänkandet".
    Denna bok förklarar på ett mycket pedagogiskt och lättläst sätt vad "Lean-tänkandet" betyder egentligen.
