The main research fields are development economics and labor economics, and the main research directions are labor mobility and income distribution of minority nationalities in Western China. Major works is Monograph "Research on the Transfer of Rural Ethnic Minority Labor Forces in Western China- Based on Rural Micro-data in Ethnic Areas", China Social Science Press, etc.
